Associate / Corporate Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate or Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join a prominent Family Office based in Abu Dhabi . Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide legal support across the family office’s diverse investments and business activities.

We are particularly seeking corporate commercial lawyers or associates with substantial experience in Global Transactions to support the firm’s cross-border and multi-jurisdictional business activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal guidance on high-value, international, and multi-jurisdictional deals and commercial arrangements.
• Conduct legal research and support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Support specific business divisions, such as Aviation, Retail, Insurance, and Real Estate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in legal, finance, and operations.
• Assist the Head of Legal with legal documentation, regulatory reviews, and governance issues.
