Facility Supervisor

To oversee campus operations and maintain a safe compliant and efficient school environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai school experience mandatory Strong knowledge of KHDA Dubai Municipality DM DHA and Civil Defense requirements for schools Proven ability to manage inspections maintenance and vendor coordination Experience overseeing canteen operations purchasing and health safety compliance Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work proactively and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the school s facilities Ensure full compliance with KHDA DM DHA and Civil Defense standards Coordinate inspections maintenance schedules and safety audits Manage purchasing inventory and vendor relations Supervise canteen operations ensuring hygiene and safety standards Lead the school s Health Safety and Emergency Preparedness programs Safeguarding Child Protection Commitment At Cedar School safeguarding is central to everything we do We have a zerotolerance policy for any form of abuse or neglect and we expect all staff to share this commitment All appointments are subject to background checks and safeguarding clearances in line with UAE and international standards Staff must complete regular safeguarding training and act immediately on any concerns Every team member plays a vital role in maintaining a safe respectful and trusted environment for our students If you are a proactive detailoriented professional dedicated to maintaining safe and compliant learning spaces we d love to hear from you
