OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE :

The role involves overseeing both JW Marriott Marquis and Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites, with multi-property or cluster experience being desirable due to the operation's complexity and size. The role functions as the strategic financial business leader for a property cluster within a market, responsible for achieving financial goals at each property. The position involves developing and implementing strategies that meet or exceed brand and customer expectations, providing financial expertise to support brand initiatives, and executing business plans aligned with the brand's strategy.
