MGMT is a market-leading consultancy firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi, specializing in digital transformation and business innovation. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Videography Manager who can steer our visual content to extraordinary new heights.

Department : Online Services

Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Short-Form Storytelling : Create compelling, concise, and emotionally engaging storytelling through short videos.
  • High Volume Production : Capability to produce a large quantity of videos under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Cutting-Edge Editing : Use advanced editing techniques in line with the Ali Abdaal style to create content that resonates with a wide audience.
  • Social Media Mastery : Create videos specifically tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Video, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Post-Production Excellence : Oversee all aspects of post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and graphical overlays.
  • Brand Alignment : Work closely with performance marketing and branding teams to ensure video content elevates and supports broader campaigns and business goals.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in high-speed, high-quality video production, including 2+ years in a social media-focused role.
  • Mastery over video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing versatile editing styles, with emphasis on social media and short-form video content.
  • Deep understanding of social media video trends and proven experience in creating viral content.
