Demonstrated ability to design and sell high-value residential landscaping projects Strong portfolio featuring custom residential landscapes (e.g., outdoor living spaces, pools, gardens, hardscaping). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar. Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
