The Role

The role offers the opportunity to work on high-end cross-border M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East and globally, alongside a dynamic group of partners and associates with deep regional and international experience.

You'll be advising global corporates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors on complex, high-value deals. The team handles M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity investments, often with a cross-border or regional dimension.

Key Requirements

• England & Wales qualified (essential)
• 5-6 years\' post-qualification experience in corporate M&A / private equity
• Currently working at (or trained with) a leading US or Magic Circle firm
• Strong transactional experience
• Existing Middle East experience is required - UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC
• Commercial, adaptable, and committed to a long-term career in the region
