Job Opportunity : Internal Sales Lead Progression Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support and develop a growing team of internal sales representatives.
- Lead by example in progressing and closing sales opportunities from start to finish.
- Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate, up-to-date records and reporting.
- Identify new sales opportunities and work collaboratively to maximise revenue.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Contribute to sales strategy discussions and bring forward ideas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to report on sales performance and progress.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new sales staff.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet our high standards of service and professionalism.
Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar internal sales leadership role.Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel, including maintaining accurate data.A keen interest in automotive equipment or related technology is highly desirable.Strong understanding of the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.Strong analytical and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Ambitious, driven and motivated by exceeding targets and developing a high-performing team.Quick learner with initiative and reliability.Dynamic, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience in a call centre or high-volume sales environment advantageous.Keen to develop your career and progress within the company.Capable of achieving KPIs and thriving in a target-driven environment.Native English speaker preferred, British citizens or equivalent proficiency strongly encouraged to apply.Desirable OTE package included.#J-18808-Ljbffr
