Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with strong leadership skills. We are specifically seeking an Egyptian national with prior experience in a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
• Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their full potential and meet performance targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the company

Requirements :

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month as well as opportunities for career growth within the company. This position does not require English proficiency as it is primarily focused on managing operations within Abu Dhabi. However, fluency in both Arabic and English would be considered an asset.
