Key Responsibilities Source and procure materials equipment and services for interior fitout and joinery projects Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality and cost Prepare purchase orders maintain procurement records and track deliveries Coordinate with project managers site teams and finance departments to meet project requirements Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships Assist in cost control budgeting and reporting for procurement activities Resolve any procurementrelated issues delays or discrepancies proactively Qualifications Requirements Education Graduate preferably in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field Experience Minimum 6 8 years in the UAE specifically in the Interior Fitout Joinery industry Other Requirements Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
