Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and costeffective sourcing of materials and services Identify evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality reliability and competitiveness Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers and contractors Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented Coordinate with project teams site managers and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements Ensure compliance with company policies local regulations and industry standards Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management Analyze market trends and maintain uptodate knowledge of supplier capabilities and pricing Requirements Experience Minimum 10 years in a relevant procurement management role Regional Experience Proven experience managing procurement for projects specifically in Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra regions Strong negotiation leadership and team management skills Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
