• Proficiency in project cost estimation is crucial to develop and oversee the financial plan for projects. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in landscape planning and execution to ensure project design reflects client needs and environmental standards. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong competency in Primavera P6 for managing project schedules and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Skilled in Microsoft Project for detailed project planning and timeline assessments.
• Application of the critical path method to identify project durations and dependencies effectively.
• Understanding of earned value management to assess project performance and progression accurately.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD to create and modify engineering design plans and blueprints.
• Expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and risks, tailored to client specifications.
• Conduct thorough project cost estimation and budgeting to ensure financial feasibility and project viability.
