الوصف الوظيفيUAE authority requirements and IATA / ICAO aviation standards. Familiarity with QA / QC and project documentation standards. Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and site information. Ensure quality, integrity, and parameters of BIM models for quantification and 4D simulation. Generate shop drawings, construction documentation, and fabrication deliverables. Identify discrepancies and raise them to BIM coordinators or engineers. Apply AI-assisted clash detection and parametric modeling for efficiency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for model integration. Support BIM coordinators during design and construction phases. Track model versions, ensure alignment with QA / QC and project standards. Innovation & Digitalization Contribute to digital twin development for structural assets. Support use of automation workflows (Dynamo, Rhino.Inside.Revit, Grasshopper). Apply AI-enhanced tools to optimize repetitive tasks and improve model accuracy. Revit (advanced proficiency). Bentley OpenBuilding Designer, Dynamo. AI-based modeling and automation platforms. AutoCAD, Navisworks, and digital twin solutions. Accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
We are looking for a Structural Modeler for one of our clients with the following details :
Start date : ASAP
Duration : 14 months
Location : Dubai, UAE
Qualification and Experience required :
- Diploma in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
- 2+ years in BIM modelling (C&S, Reinforcement, or Multidisciplinary projects).
