Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. As a key player in the UAE property market, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving monthly sales targets.

You’ll be working in one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the world, with opportunities to grow your network, maximize your earnings, and become a top producer in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Actively list and promote properties for sale or rent on various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate property valuations.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, property portals, referrals.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process from inquiry to transaction closing.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts in the best interest of the client.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and property listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging listings and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role (preferably in Dubai or the UAE).
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • RERA Certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining).
  • Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, or Hindi are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

    • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and online property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
  • Established client database and strong local network.
