Quantity Surveyor and Cost Controller

Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documents Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle Review and process variations and change orders Ensure cost control and financial reporting accuracy Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers regarding financial matters Conduct cost risk assessments and value engineering Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation Requirements UAE experience in quantity surveying and cost control Strong analytical and numerical skills Knowledge of relevant software e g CostX SAP Primavera Excellent negotiation and communication skills Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field Professional certification RICS CIOB is a plus
