Randstad Middle East is working with a leading infrastructure development and finance company to fill key positions within their expanding Transport Division. The organization develops large-scale infrastructure BOOT schemes (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Position : Department Director - Transport

The Director will oversee the transport divisions across all countries, reporting to the Managing Director. Responsibilities include setting high-level company growth strategies, guiding Senior Managers in goal setting, and independently generating project leads through existing relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering
• MBA (Finance / Construction Management preferred)
• Over 20 years of experience with an international Engineering Consultant or Project Management Firm on major infrastructure projects, ideally BOOT schemes
• Experience leading a regional office
