  • Architect the data vision for one of the region’s most influential family conglomerates
  • Lead a high-performing BI team and build a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data-driven excellence
  • Partner directly with C-suite leaders to turn raw data into actionable strategy
  • Own the end-to-end BI roadmap : from advanced analytics and reporting to predictive modelling and AI-driven insights
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge BI tools and methodologies across multiple business lines

  • Strategic Leadership : Proven ability to set and execute BI vision and roadmap for large, complex organizations.
  • Advanced Data Analytics : Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI / ML applications.
  • BI Tools Mastery : Deep proficiency in leading BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.), plus strong SQL and data visualization skills.
  • Cloud Analytics : Experience with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and modern data warehousing solutions.
  • Data Governance : Strong background in data quality management, data security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, local UAE standards).
  • Business Acumen : Ability to translate business needs into actionable data strategies; experience working directly with C-level executives.
