Workshop engineer

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Workshop Engineer specializing in Trucks located in Al Asimah Kuwait The Workshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair activities for trucks and heavy equipment Responsibilities include diagnosing issues planning and executing maintenance schedules ensuring workshop efficiency and providing technical training to team members The engineer will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high standard of service quality Workshop engineer Trucks Qualifications Strong expertise in Heavy Equipment including maintenance repair and operation of trucks and similar vehicles Handson experience in workshop operations including tools usage work safety compliance and efficient workshop management Effective Communication skills including the ability to coordinate with team members and provide clear technical guidance Ability to deliver Training sessions and mentor workshop staff on best practices and technical skills Relevant academic background such as a degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or equivalent experience Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive or heavy equipment industry
