Document Controller

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Documents Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and transportation and will be responsible for managing all project documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement document control procedures for the company's construction and transportation projects
• Ensure all project documents are accurately and securely stored, maintained, and distributed to relevant parties
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of project documents
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all project documents
• Monitor and track project documents to ensure they are up to date and in compliance with project requirements
• Prepare and maintain project document registers and logs
• Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and systems
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients and subcontractors, to ensure timely exchange of project documents
• Ensure all project documents are properly archived and stored for future reference
• Collaborate with other departments to improve document control processes and systems
• Prepare and submit document control reports to management as required

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction and transportation industry
• Fluent speak and write Arabic
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
• Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the construction and transportation industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
