We are seeking a QA Lead with strong experience in fintech applications to lead quality strategy, automation, and AI-driven testing practices. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, users, and development teams to ensure reliability and high-quality delivery across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead QA strategy, frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of AI / ML in QA : intelligent test case generation, early defect detection through anomaly analysis, regression acceleration with automation, and observability / monitoring of AI-driven workflows.
- Establish and oversee GenAI quality processes and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and explainable AI outcomes in QA.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and improve testability.
- Build and maintain automation (UI, API, integration) and integrate QA into CI / CD pipelines.
- Conduct manual and regression testing as needed to complement automation.
