Procurement Coordinator Job Location UAE Job Details Responsible for Purchase and supply Planning MRP and Supplier Management Negotiate cost reductions Identify primary and alternate sources for each item needed and encourage suppliers to remain competitive to achieve best value quality lead time and service Strategically plan and manage the logistics systems ensuring all processes are streamlined and achieve enhanced efficiency and cohesion Frequently engage in effective research and discussion with stakeholders to identify and propose new and enhanced practices to scale business performance and drive efficiency Continuously engage in identifying areas of improvement through data driven research Management and monitoring of quality through measurement of selected KPIs and keeping track of key deliverables such cost delivery time etc Manage and conduct effective RFP processes as per the laid down policy effectively transparently and timely Conduct effective negotiations and report savings in a timely manner Manage supplier relationships effectively which would include effective onboarding tracking delivery as per committed timelines and quality evaluate performance time to time with feedback from the logistics team
