How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities):

1. Production Support

• Assist production operators during machine operations by providing necessary tools, materials, and support.
• Help with machine cleaning and preparation before and after production runs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform basic tasks to support changeovers and maintain continuous production efficiency.
  

2. Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, workstations, and equipment surfaces.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Regularly sanitize tools and equipment to prevent contamination and maintain GMP compliance.

3. Inspection & Monitoring

• Support operators in inspecting machines and production lines for cleanliness and readiness before start-up.
• Report any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in checking that all materials and components are correctly placed and organized for production.

4. Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with production operators and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during operations.
• Participate in team efforts during peak production periods and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform cleaning, material handling, and support tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
• Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
