Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage P&L to drive revenue and control costs.

Recruit, train, and drive sales productivity of resources in SDG stores; explore opportunities for expansion.

Train, coach, and mentor sales personnel to ensure high-quality performance, including approval rates and premium card mix (if applicable).

Ensure the sales team adheres to sales quality standards and complies with regulatory and bank guidelines.

Reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner banks to prevent sales leakages.

Share daily and monthly MIS reports with internal management stakeholders.

Ensure timely receipt of outstanding payables.

Interact with third-party manpower providers and other partners.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of credit card sales experience in a banking environment, with team management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and proactive.
