Senior Property Consultant

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process
• Build long-term relationships with investors, developers, and property owners
• Stay ahead of market trends and deliver strategic insights to clients
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Proven track record in property sales or leasing (minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of local real estate laws and market dynamics
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
• Multilingual skills are a plus (Italian, German, Russian preferred)
