Take full ownership of the preparation and submission of comprehensive, high-quality BOQs, technical offers, and tender documentation for major projects.Lead and finalize complex pricing and contractual negotiations to secure favorable terms, maintaining excellent profitability while ensuring strict compliance with company margin guidelines.Oversee the bid-to-order process for all assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to the project execution team.Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Influence
Conduct In-Depth Market Analysis to identify emerging trends, new competitive threats, and untapped market opportunities, proactively adjusting the sales strategy.Provide Actionable Insights and Strategic Recommendations to senior management on pricing, product positioning, and brand strategy, leveraging deep knowledge of the local consultant / contractor network and competitor activities.Maintain Expert Knowledge of local elevator regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, civil defense) and international standards, ensuring all proposals meet or exceed compliance requirements.Skills & Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.Experience : Minimum 8+ years of progressive, successful experience in the New Installation (NI) sector of the elevator and escalator industry, with significant experience in the UAE / GCC market.Technical Acumen : Expert-level knowledge of elevator / escalator systems, technical specifications, and traffic analysis.Market Insight : Established and robust network of key decision-makers (consultants, developers, main contractors) in the UAE construction market.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage complex accounts, and provide informal mentorship or guidance to team members.Software Proficiency : Highly proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
