Join the team at our Dubai Office The ideal candidate will be adaptable detailoriented and experienced in managing both import export operations with strong coordination skills Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and import export operations Coordinate shipments track deliveries and ensure timely clearance Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance Communicate with vendors freight forwarders and customs authorities Manage team performance and ensure smooth shift handovers Support process improvements and handle operational issues proactively Requirements Proficient in English spoken and written Experience in Calogi Familiar with Dubai Trade Dubai Customs and Dubai Chamber procedures Strong understanding of import export documentation
