Responsibilities
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data-driven evidence.
- Conduct deep exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Architect robust data pipelines and ML infrastructure to support production grade solutions.
- Build and validate predictive models, forecasting systems, classification algorithms and advanced analytics solutions.
- Develop customer segmentation, propensity models, and recommendation frameworks.
- Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model performance.
- Write clean, reproducible, and well-documented code for analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to executive stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to deployed models.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.More than 4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics.Proven track record of delivering insights that influenced business strategy.Experience designing and analyzing experiments at scale.Expert proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Deep knowledge of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference, time series analysis).Experience with machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, ensemble methods).Proficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI).Solid understanding of experimental design, A / B testing, and causal inference.Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and A / B testing methodologies.Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive initiatives independentlyComfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with deep learning architectures (transformers, CNNs, RNNs) andExperience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks).Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI applications.Publications or patents in relevant fields.Domain expertise in (industry : e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce).Why you’ll love working here
