Job Description
We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner - Commercial to join our Dubai-based Talent & Culture team. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to multiple business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and talent development. You will collaborate closely with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D) to deliver people solutions that promote success for both the business and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders across assigned verticals / functions.
- Translate business needs into impactful people strategies and solutions.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and teams to foster a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
- Utilize data and insights to influence decisions and improve people practices.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
- Navigate change management processes and advise on organizational health.
- Collaborate with global People Centers of Excellence to implement relevant programs and policies.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a business partner.Experience supporting high-growth commercial teams is preferred.Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, and talent strategy.Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with ambiguity.Data fluency with the ability to derive insights from HR and business metrics.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.Note : This job posting is active.
