Job Description

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner - Commercial to join our Dubai-based Talent & Culture team. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to multiple business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and talent development. You will collaborate closely with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D) to deliver people solutions that promote success for both the business and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders across assigned verticals / functions.
• Translate business needs into impactful people strategies and solutions.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and teams to foster a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
• Utilize data and insights to influence decisions and improve people practices.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Navigate change management processes and advise on organizational health.
• Collaborate with global People Centers of Excellence to implement relevant programs and policies.
