We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, implementing HR policies, and supporting our workforce in achieving their professional goals. A solid understanding of HR practices in the construction industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies regarding employment practices
- Develop and implement training and development programs; monitor employee performance and provide necessary support
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic HR support
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industryStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismBenefits
