Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Multi-Asset) – Dubai

RGG Capital seeks an exceptional Deputy Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique mandate to co-architect sophisticated, multi-asset investment strategies, backed by significant patient capital and the focused approach of a private investment office.

Reporting directly to the CIO and working closely with the CEO, you will be a key partner in driving multi-million-dollar portfolio growth across diverse asset classes. You will shape high-impact capital allocation decisions, design robust risk frameworks, and help cultivate a culture of analytical excellence within a discreet, focused environment.
