- Evaluate acquisition targets and growth opportunities
- Lead end-to-end deal execution including due diligence and post-acquisition integration

- Build team capability to match the pace of company growth
Fundraising and Exit Preparation
Partner with CEO / COO to plan future fundraises or exit strategiesSupport financial modelling, scenario planning, and investor presentationsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI trackingOwn preparation of Board reports and financial insightsStakeholder Communication

Qualifications
MBA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA (or international equivalent) strongly preferredExperience
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial services or a service-based industryProven track record of scaling finance teams in fast-growth environmentsExperience working with C-level leadership and BoardsM&A and fundraising exposure, ideally involving PE or institutional capitalSkills
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience with budgeting, reporting systems, and forecasting toolsStrong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of capital structures, PE funding, and debt facilitiesHard work and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve resultsCommitment to continuous learning and personal developmentAdaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsIntegrity : transparent, reliable, and trusted by peers and stakeholdersAble to simplify complexity for all audiencesMentorship skills to build strong teams through support and challengeDeep understanding of financial regulation & reporting standardsProactive risk management to protect the businessWorking Relationships
