We’re looking for a driven and hands-on MENA Marketing Specialist to help execute high-impact marketing for our regional programs across the Middle East and North Africa. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is energized by the opportunity to bring marketing campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints.You’ll work closely with our regional program teams, global marketing, and external partners to execute program launches, manage localized outreach, and support event-driven campaigns. Your focus will be on execution, getting things done, and ensuring our MENA initiatives are delivered with clarity, creativity, and operational excellence. You’re detail-oriented, comfortable with cross-cultural communication, and understand the nuance of localizing campaigns across diverse MENA markets. Your experience spans campaign execution, social and email marketing, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute localized marketing strategies for new MENA programs, launches, and strategic partnerships
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, content, and events
• Develop and manage regional program pages, social media content calendars, and email communications in coordination with central teams
• Adapt global marketing assets for MENA audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance (Arabic proficiency a plus)
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, and CMS platforms
• Support event marketing and on-the-ground awareness for demo days, webinars, and ecosystem activations
• Create marketing assets across formats, social graphics, email templates, landing pages, and partner kits
• Track and report on campaign performance, helping refine our regional marketing playbook over time
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables
• Maintain marketing workflows and documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency
