Operations Manager - Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's operations in Dubai. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company in Dubai
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage and coordinate the work of various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
• Monitor organizational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees and provide feedback for improvement
• Train new employees on company processes and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in Dubai or UAE
• Experience managing teams from diverse backgrounds
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: AED 1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
