What will I be doing
A Concierge Agent at Conrad Dubai performs the following tasks to the highest standards :
Serve as a key contact for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries.Welcome arriving guests warmly and assist with departures as needed.Engage with guests during their stay to provide a tailored experience based on their needs and preferences.Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, medical services, transportation, flights, etc.Process and deliver messages for guests as required.Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure safely.Stay informed about hotel services, VIP arrivals, and special events.Maintain orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas.Project professionalism with a focus on hospitality and guest service.Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.Follow policies and procedures when using front of house equipment and property management systems.Required Experience : Unclear Seniority
