Job Overview :
The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market share for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting : Track sales performance and report on KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.Experience : 3+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
