Civil Engineer Job Location Dubai UAE Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical instrumentation and telecom sections of projects from initiation to handover Design install maintain and troubleshoot Electrical Instrumentation and Telecom EIT systems for various facilities such as substations RIEs and operator shelters ensuring compliance with local and national regulations design codes standards and industrial practices Develop detailed engineering designs plans and calculations necessary for project execution Review and prepare engineering deliverables in accordance with project scope and contractual obligations ensuring timely submission Perform engineering calculations including cable sizing voltage drop cable tray sizing short circuit lighting and load calculations Prepare site survey reports installation method statements and design basis documents Coordinate with the drafting team to develop engineering drawings such as equipment layouts lighting small power and cable tray layouts
