Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and quality-conscious professional to join us as the Territory Director for the FAR EAST region. In this role, you will oversee the territory’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and lead strategic initiatives to grow our market share and revenue. Your focus will be on fostering quality improvement, implementing a comprehensive business plan aligned with strategic goals to ensure sustained growth in the FAR EAST territory.
General Responsibilities
- Focus on quality improvement, aiming for first-time accuracy, and ensuring adherence to quality and HSE procedures during project execution.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand market share and revenue, including project planning, budget approval, and manpower allocation.
- Lead and manage a high-performing operations / sales team, holding them accountable for targets and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats; report performance and market trends to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a quality-focused approach, aiming for first-time accuracy.Manage the territory’s P&L.Implement strategic plans to grow market share and revenue.Create and lead a high-performing team to achieve targets.Establish strong client and stakeholder relationships.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with company strategies.Ensure timely project planning, budgeting, and manpower distribution, maintaining a minimum 95% First Tool Run Success Rate.Enforce compliance with operational systems, processes, and policies.Ensure quality and HSE procedures are followed during project execution.Prepare financial and operational reports regularly.Provide insights and forecasts to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.At least 8 years of successful experience in a similar role.Strong leadership and team motivation skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of the FAR EAST market landscape.Results-driven strategic thinker.Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia is encouraged to apply.Physical and Mental Requirements
