QAQC CIVIL INSPECTOR

Job Responsibilities :

• Inspect and monitor civil works related to finishes and external utilities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections, testing, and quality control checks as per project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), checklists, and reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to approved quality control procedures and construction methods.
• Verify materials and workmanship against project requirements and applicable standards.
• Report non-conformances, propose corrective actions, and follow up on closure.
• Support QA / QC engineers in audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks.
