The Main Event : What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of new joiners.
• Oversee the full sales cycle : strategy, lead management, and conversions.
• Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
• Support agents in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and roadshows.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
