Service Manager - Dubai

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department and workshop.
• Supervise and support a team of service technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network, providing training and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with the workshop manager on scheduling, training, and technician performance.
• Collaborate with the sales department by providing technical advice and assistance.
• Participate in company meetings and prepare regular reports on service department performance.
• Require a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field) and Mercury certification.
• Need minimum 5 years' experience in marine industry service management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Must be proficient with outboard / inboard engines and computer systems.
