About the Role

An excellent opportunity is available with a global financial institution that has expanded internationally. The bank, headquartered in Europe with branches including UAE, is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Identify, highlight, and quantify key risks facing UAE Enterprise
• Provide feedback on all country policies and guidelines, including new or updated ones
• Develop and implement risk management processes, including portfolio, model, and data management frameworks
• Build and manage stress testing frameworks for ICAAP and business strategy
• Supervise ICAAP processes in accordance with BASEL III Standards
• Oversee risk and risk mitigation strategies
• Support the customer complaint management unit
• Assist in developing risk management tools for market and liquidity risk, including models and counterparty credit risk frameworks

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive risk management experience, including supervisory and management roles within a mid or large-sized commercial bank. Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and experience in monitoring portfolios and exposure limits are essential.
