Senior Structural Engineer - Site

We are seeking a highly skilled and

experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Abu

Dhabi United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible

for overseeing structural engineering projects onsite ensuring the

highest standards of quality safety and efficiency in our

construction projects. Decision maker with both design and

supervision experience is

required.

• Lead and

manage structural engineering aspects of complex construction

projects from design to completion

onsite structural inspections and assessments to ensure compliance

with design specifications and local building

codes

calculations and drawings for various building types and

infrastructure projects

multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and other

engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize project

outcomes

mentorship to junior engineers and team

members

budgets and quality standards

present technical reports structural analyses and recommendations

to clients and stakeholders

industry trends innovative construction techniques and local

building regulations

safety protocols on construction

sites

activities and client meetings as

needed

Qualifications

degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Masters

degree preferred)

license or equivalent

engineering certifications (e.g. Chartered

Engineer)

structural engineering with a focus on onsite

roles

engineering principles and

practices

and design software (e.g. SAP2000 ETABS

standards (e.g. Eurocode ACI AISC)

project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary

teams

verbal and written with the ability to present complex technical

information clearly

construction supervision and onsite

problemsolving

regulations and standards in the UAE

of construction methods materials and geotechnical engineering

principles

strong commitment to quality and safety

to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple

projects simultaneously

to various construction sites as

required
