Are you a technically strong architect who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment? This is an opportunity to join a leading international practice in Dubai, working on complex high-rise projects at the forefront of design in the region.

The Role

As a Senior / Project Architect, you’ll play a central role in the design and delivery of multiple high-rise developments. With several projects entering the Schematic Design phase, you’ll be expected to bring both design creativity and technical expertise, ensuring high-quality output across all project stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and contributing to the design and technical development of high-rise projects
  • Taking ownership of spatial layouts, GFA calculations, modelling, and coordination
  • Working across all project stages, from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including master planning and structural colleagues
  • Mentoring junior team members while remaining hands-on in the design process

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in architecture, ideally with a strong portfolio of high-rise or complex commercial / residential projects
  • Excellent technical grounding and detailing capability
  • Comfortable working across all stages of the design process
  • Hands-on approach regardless of seniority – leaders in this practice remain actively involved in design
  • UK-trained architects preferred , but international relocation opportunities are available for strong candidates
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, office-based team environment
