Requirements Proven experience in mechanical works within projects Strong knowledge of industry standards safety protocols and quality procedures Ability to supervise and coordinate mechanical teams Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment Responsibilities Supervise mechanical installation activities onsite Ensure work is performed according to drawings specifications and safety standards Coordinate with other trades and project managers Manage manpower and equipment utilization Conduct quality inspections and resolve onsite issues Maintain safety and cleanliness at work site Prepare daily work reports and progress updates
