Senior Manager Finance

To provide financial, accounting and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts. Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of the company's banking relationships and accounts.
• Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately compiled and submitted.
• Negotiate with banks to secure favorable loan terms, interest rates, and other financial products.
• Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Oversee the preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports to support strategic financial planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related inquiries and audits.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, with a specific focus on bank and loan reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan agreements, payment schedules, and interest accruals.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are followed to maintain strong internal controls.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is shared and processes are streamlined.
• Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and financial market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
