About the role

RAKBANK is hiring a Vice President - Digital Product Owner, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Head of Digital Channels. You will lead cross‑functional squads across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing, delivering customer‑centric digital journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Own and execute the CASA Transformation roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize backlogs, craft user stories, and set acceptance criteria within agile frameworks.
• Elevate CX through UX / UI‑led journey design and platform optimization across digital and staff‑facing channels.
• Enhance channels, features, and capabilities to grow CASA and boost conversion.
• Track KPIs, analytics, and feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Lead an agile squad (devs, designers, analysts, testers), owning product decisions, sprint planning, and timely, compliant delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes; champion the customer’s voice via data‑driven insights.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements and sound risk practices.
• Scan market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging tech to drive personalization and advisory capabilities.
• Deliver sustainable performance : improve originations, shorten time‑to-investment, increase STP, reduce cost‑to‑acquire / serve, and enable cross‑sell / upsell—supporting P&L targets.
