Key Responsibilities (not Limited To)
Handle tickets of post-migration end-user issues of Outlook, OneDrive and troubleshooting over call and remote access.Resolve escalated email routing, connectivity, permissions, and filtering support issues.Monitor backups and perform periodic test restores.Technical experience in Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Active Directory Domain Services (AADDS), Azure Kerberos & Azure AD Connect.Managing Windows infrastructure technologies.Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of related experience in an organization with 1000+ end-user support with strong customer service skills and problem-solving mindset.Fundamental knowledge of : Microsoft Exchange (On premises / Online), Intune- MDM and MAM, Microsoft ATP, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SSO, Microsoft 365 powers, Microsoft security and compliance, MS Teams Voice.Flexibility to work for extended time and in rotating shift to ensure 24x7 support.Seniority level
