About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent - Restaurant Reservation to join the team at Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Responsible for all aspects of customer restaurant reservations and queries received via telephone, email, or chat for Jumeirah outlets in Madinat Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and Marsa Al Arab.
• Offer accurate information about the F&B portfolio and exceed guest expectations.
• Achieve targets set by Jumeirah for revenue, quality, customer service standards, and productivity.
• Achieve minimum standards related to external reservation audits for LQA, Forbes, and IFH call standards.
• Proactively handle and resolve customer and partner queries and escalations through all channels within agreed response times.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Jumeirah customer data base following Jumeirah standards.
• Take ownership and stay up to date with information and training required to perform the role effectively.
• Actively drive and work towards personal Performance Objectives.
• Reservation filing of correspondence, handling customer complaints, and updating daily reports.
