Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, positioning Innovation City as an innovation hub.
• Build and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders to forge partnerships and co-branded marketing efforts that enhance Innovation City's visibility.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media to drive user engagement and acquisition.
• Leverage data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment for marketing expenditures.
• Organize and promote blockchain and fintech-related events, summits, and conferences to showcase the Innovation City as the thought leader

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or free zone space.
• In-depth understanding of startups and emerging technologies.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to develop creative marketing solutions that differentiate the Freezone in a competitive market.
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
