Director - Digital Products

We are assisting a prominent government institution in the UAE in the recruitment of a Director – Digital Products . In this role, the successful candidate will lead the end-to-end strategy, design and delivery of innovative digital products that elevate the citizen experience and support the organisation’s digital transformation ambitions.

Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, leading multidisciplinary product teams, overseeing product development lifecycles, and ensuring solutions are aligned with user needs and organisational priorities. The role also involves championing user experience principles, fostering a culture of digital innovation, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring impactful digital services to life.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital product management, user‑centred design, agile delivery, and scaling digital services within complex environments. Strong leadership, collaboration and product strategy skills are essential. UAE Nationals are preferred.
