The main duties and responsibilities of this role include : Analyse compliance data received from international operations, including Anti-Money Laundering and gifts declarations, to support regulatory alignmentReview and organise compliance information to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvementSupport the use of technology tools to improve accessibility and adoption of internal policies and proceduresAssist in enhancing compliance processes through digital solutions and structured documentationConduct horizon scanning and research to identify emerging compliance and risk issuesSupport the implementation and tracking of ongoing compliance monitoring plans and key focus areasAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications : Previous internship experience in compliance, governance, risk, audit, law, or a related fieldCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related disciplineBasic understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory concepts, with strong research and analytical skillsStrong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work confidently with data and stakeholdersAbout The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
